This story takes place in three different time periods. All of them at Castle Moreau. The Castle is shrouded in mystery and noted for young women disappearing.
I found this book to be confusing at times. It kept jumping back and forth between time periods. Which I understand since it takes place in different times. It seemed to be rather wordy and seemed to drag at times. The ladies all seemed rather timid and afraid of their own shadows. All that being said, the premise of the story was good. The mystery of the castle was unraveled in the end.
