Danger in the Rockies by Terri Reed

K-9 Officer Maren Anderson is shocked to see her twin sister, who she has been told was dead, just as bullets start to fly.  Colt Dawson, a DEA agent, comes to her rescue.  Was that really her sister she saw?  Maren and Colt are working separate cases.  But with the gun shots they soon realize that they are somehow connected.  As they work their cases, and Maren searches for her sister, Maren is mistaken for her sister and someone is trying to kill her.  This is a great mystery that held my interest througout.

Conspiracy by Collen Coble

This is the third and final book in the Sanctuary series.  I would recommend reading the first two book in the series before reading this book.  This is the continuation of Paradises  and Blakes story as they struggle to make a success of the Sanctuary.  Paradise connects with her brother that she didn't know she had.  As she struggles to remember what happened the night her parents were murdered, someone is out to make sure she doesn't remember anything by trying to kill her.  There is lots of mystery and twists and turns in this book. I recommend the entire series.

Scent of Hope by Susan May Warren

Harley never wanted to return to Cooper Mountain.  But she tracks a drug dealer to Cooper Mountain so she returns.  Jericho never expected to see Harley again.  But there she is and she's supposed be his partner.  Neither one is very happy about it.  This was a book that I couldn't put down.  This was fast paced with lots of action.  The characters have their own set of problems that they must work through before they can reconnect with each other.

Scent of Peril by Darlene L. Turner

Taylor Grant, along with her K-9 partner, is sent to help search for a kidnapped boy.  Wyatt Holt, the boys father, pursue every possible lead. The closet they get the more treacherous things become.  This book is full of suspense and surprises.  I recommend this book to all who like mysteries with a little romance thrown in.  Because Taylor and Wyatt discover they love each other at the end of the book.

Justice Mission by Lynette Eason

Sophie Walters get kidnapped at the K-9 graduations.  With the quick thinking of NYPD officer Luke Hathaway helps rescue her.  Then they find out that the Chief of the K-9 Unit is missing.  The hunt is on.  There is lots of action in this book that kept me listening.  Though there were times that I thought Sophie acted more like the police officer than Luke,  Overall this is a great book and I enjoyed it.

Whiteout

This book has two stories that take place at the same time.  Only opposite sides of a mountain that has suffered an avalanche.  There's a murder on both sides.  It's a race against time to see if the murderers can be caught before the mountain roads are open.

I enjoyed reading the stories in this book.  Good fast paced mysteries.

Raging Waters by Dana Mentink

Mackenzie is looking for the person who murdered her brother.  She is using her podcast to help her ferret out information.  She blames Gideon, her brothers friend, for not looking out for him.  They meet up in a torrential rain storm that threatens the dam.  If the dam bursts, it will wipe out the town. Mackenzie and Gideon are being pursued by people hired by the person who killed Mackenzie's brother.  They are in a fight for their lives up till the very end of the book.

Parts of the book seem a little repetitive.  But overall it was a very good book.  Mackenzie comes to realize that Gideon wasn't responsible for her brothers death.  Gideon forgives himself for not taking better care of Aaron, her brother.
