Deadly Revenge by Patricia Bradley
One Last Stand by Susan May Warren
This is the fourth book in the series. It would be helpful to read the first three books in the series to fully grasp what is going on in this book. There's lots of people that pop up in the book from other books as well. This is London and Sheps journey to finding happiness. When the book starts Shep thinks London is dead. The story kicks up from there. There's all kinds of intrigue throughout the book. I highly recommend reading this book.

Into the Sunset by Mary Connealy
This is the third book in A Western Light series. It's best if the books are read in the order that they were written to follow along with the stories. "Into the Sunset" is the completion of the series with Maeve and Dakota getting their chance at love. Also, Ginny has decided to come out of hiding and prove that she is sane. Along the way there is danger for all of them. Dakota has men looking for him to settle a feud and of course there is Thaddeus Rutledge still looking for Ginny to get his revenge. We again get to meet up with characters from her other series and find out how their lives have gone.
This book didn't have some of the comic relief that I've come to expect from Ms. Connealy. But the book did keep be reading and I greatly enjoyed it.

Protecting the Amish Child by Dana R. Lynn
Francesca discovers a dead body and an Amish child. The child isn't your normal child though. He doesn't speak to anyone and won't tell them who he is and where he came from. He's autistic. FBI agent Tanner arrives to help solve the mystery of the murder and where the boy fits in. While trying to find the answers to these questions, Francesca, Tanner, and the child are all targets when they start getting to close to the answers.
This is a great mystery that had me guessing all the way to the end. I would recommend this to all mystery buffs. It also delves into how autistic children are different.

Lethal Standoff by Diann Mills
Carrington Reed is a highly sought after hostage negotiator. Levi Ehrlich is an investigative reporter who has covered several of the cases that Carrington has worked on. Carrington and Levi work together on this case to solve a murder. Carrington had to first learn to trust Levi because she had dealt with reporters before and didn't trust them. How Levi was treated by his family when he became a Messianic Jew was an eye opener.
I enjoyed reading this book. As with all MS Mills books, I had trouble putting this book down.

Texas Revenge Target by Jill Elizabeth Nelson
Texas Ranger Brianna Macguire goes home to the ranch she co owns with her brother after taking down a wanted fugitive. The problem is that the cartel has put a price on her head. While out riding she comes across her new neighbor, Cameron Wolfe. What she doesn't know about Cameron is that he also has a price on his head and is a former DEA agent. When attempts on Brianna's life start happening, she refuses to go into witness protection. She wants to stay and fight.
This is the adventure of Brianna and Cameron as they try to outwit two different cartels to stay alive. There is fast paced action and of course the romance that starts to develop. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

Over the Edge by Irene Hannon
Lindsey Barnes is trying to stay one step ahead of a trauma she experienced several years ago. She has moved to a new town and as become a personal chef. While doing this she witnesses a murder. Detective Jack Tucker is assigned the case. Lindsey didn't see the face of the person responsible for the murder. But that doesn't stop the murderer from trying to plant suggestions about her sanity. When that doesn't work, the next step is to eliminate her. Of course Jack and Lindsey start to have feelings for each other. Jack will do everything in his power to protect Lindsey and find the murder.
This was a fast paced book which I enjoyed reading. This book is the second in the Undaunted Courage series. It is not necessary to read the first book, Into the Fire, to understand this book.
